The Recruiting Assistant works within a collaborative team to support campus firm-wide recruitment efforts. This role will report to the Recruiting Manager.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide firm-wide recruitment support across all offices. This position supports full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
- Provide candidate scheduling and coordination support from first rounds through candidate debriefs, handles candidate communications and logistics as well as manages the collection of interviewer feedback.
- Communicate both written and verbally with candidates, hiring committees, and campus partners.
- Manage the applicant tracking system, monitor recruiter inbox, and oversee applicant tracking/applicant flow processes in real time.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to offer letter generation, initiation of background check, and review of results and completeness.
- Play an integral part in recruiting event planning and execution.
- Enhance processes to ensure seamless candidate experience through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Process and track invoices.
- Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone.
- Assist in the planning and execution of the summer internship program.
- Collaborate with broader HR team on strategic projects and initiatives.
- No direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Strong academic credentials preferred.
- An ideal candidate has 0-3 years of post-undergraduate work experience.
- Exposure to recruiting in a professional services environment preferred.
- Able to juggle multiple assignments at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, flexibility to contribute wherever needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Exposure to applicant tracking and interview scheduling software preferred, experience with iCIMS and/or Yello is a plus.
