The Full Stack Developer position will be part of the Application Development Team which is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining secure application solutions to the business and client challenges. This includes working with complex on-prem, cloud and hybrid tech stacks in the areas of application development, database, SaaS integrations and cloud architecture. An ideal candidate is passionate about technology and the software development process.

 

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Design, build, and enhance modern web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks. Contribute to both single-page applications and MVC architectures, integrating with databases, APIs, and external systems.
  • DevOps and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the automation, deployment, and monitoring of applications through CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Collaborate with infrastructure and IT teams to improve reliability, scalability, and development workflows across both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit and integration testing, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot application issues to ensure code quality and system stability.
  • Integration and SaaS Solutions: Implement and support integrations with third-party and SaaS platforms to expand the firm’s technology capabilities.
  • Prototyping and Innovation: Build proof-of-concept solutions and workflows to evaluate emerging technologies and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation, training materials, and support resources.
  • Support: Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to provide timely support for production systems and maintain application availability.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional full stack development experience required; 3–6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including current framework versions.
  • Experience developing with ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Model-View-Controller (MVC) design principles preferred.
  • Familiarity with Node.js and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining applications in Microsoft Azure, with additional experience in AWS or on-premises environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
  • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000–$140,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
