Litigation Project Specialist

The Litigation Project Specialist is responsible for providing case support across one or more of Analysis Group’s client engagements, including quality control, document management, and research support. The Litigation Project Specialist must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent research, writing, and proofreading skills.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Review and quality-check case work product (including reports, exhibits, tables, summaries, and correspondence) for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, including verifying that footnotes and cited sources accurately support the associated text.
• Catalog and organize case documents in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring all materials received are accurately tracked and listed.
• Review and summarize case documents including deposition testimony, deposition exhibits, and documents produced in litigation.
• Search and retrieve documents as needed for case work.
• Conduct market and company research using online resources and library searches. Summarize data for case-specific needs.
• Perform data entry, primarily in Excel. May be asked to develop and maintain organized spreadsheets to support efficient data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with preparation of electronic deposition review binders.
• Assist in training new consultants to familiarize them with the client and the case.
• Provide other general administrative and casework support as needed.
• Utilize AI tools designed or supported by Analysis Group to support day-to-day workflows, as necessary and appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. A concentration in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, English, or related field is a plus.
• An ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of substantive relevant experience. Professional services experience preferred, ideally within a legal or economic consulting environment.
• Strong research, writing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong PC capability with particular strengths in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Works well independently and within a team.
• Ability to work with internal consultants and information technology staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital document management and processing tools, including OCR software and Adobe Acrobat.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000–$80,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
